Booked through Expedia. When arrived to hotel they told me they didn’t have any rooms available that were clean. Had to cancel and ask for a refund. Was told I had to contact Expedia to get a refund. I then contact Expedia and was told I couldn’t get a refund due to property owner of hotel not answering. This is very upsetting. I do NOT recommend booking through Expedia.
