Cette maison est idéalement située à Langrune, proche de la plage et des petits commerces. Globalement elle est fonctionnelle, mais un peu vieillotte. Je reprendrais les mêmes remarques que l'avis précédent. Je rajoute un bémol sur le nettoyage, carrelage poisseux et chaussette sous le lit, salle de bain minimaliste (pour 6 !). Et surtout, un bruit sourd et continu nuit et jour, qui provenait de la cave et qui portait jusqu'au 2e étage.Mais la gestionnaire de ce logement a été à l'écoute et nous a proposé un autre logement dans Langrune où nous avons passé un très bon moment.

Maison agréable et très bien placée. Cependant, des ustensiles de cuisine en meilleur état ainsi qu'un sèche cheveux auraient été grandement appréciés. De plus, le matelas de la chambre côté rue est vraiment en très mauvaise état. A noter que la pièce avec la table à manger est très étroite pour 6 personnes.
