We spent a lot of time in the casino, which was very filthy. All the machines were not wiped down. There was garbage on the floor that could have been picked up from the wall floor walkers. I actually took some wet wipes in every time I went on a machine

The staff are great. They provided us with excellent customer service. There was a minor issue with our room. When they got the feedback through, they reached out to us within hours to see how they could accommodate us. They went beyond our expectation. The breakfast is awesome and Marie was super pleasant. I fully heartedly recommend this hotel and dont miss breakfast!

Family trip

First off, i would definitely stay at this hotel again. The only cleanliness issue i found was, that the carpets in my room had several stains on it. The other issue was more of a maintenance upkeep issue. Bathroom fan wasnt working, and sink drain was partially plugged. FYI, there isnt a Starbucks at this location. They moved years ago, but the hotel description never got updated. There is one a few minute drive away though.

We stayed at this Coast Hotel because the one in Abbotsford was nice. This hotels bed was terrible and every time someone got out of the shower the fire alarm went off because of the shower mist. The hotel was clean and staff were nice. This hotel only gives little single used shampoo and soap pouches. Not a refillable bottle like the other hotel in this chain.
