The foreman's cabin with an amazing location

This cabin which is currently under construction and to be completed for Sept. 25 , 2025 is situated on the edge of a beautiful ravine and 15 minutes away from the North Saskatchewan river. The property is 1 and 1/2 miles of river frontage with deer, moose and beavers which you may spot along the many groomed trails. There are corrals with water bowls and a large native prairie pasture out your window to accommodate your horses to holiday with you!
The lodge consists of two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins. An open plan area with kitchen ,dining area in front of large low windows looking out to the river and the most amazing sunsets, wood burning fireplace ,also back up propane heater and hid abed sofa.
Excellent for hunters with a very knowledgeable local guide that knows the best spots!
It will be finished with salvaged trims from a by gone era that will make it ooze character.
