The staff was very nice, the rooms were clean, and the beds and pillows were comfortable. The only thing we didn't care for was the breakfast because it didn't taste good.

There was no room service the second day we stayed. Had to ask for clean towels. They did not clean the room or replace used soaps. We arrived early about 2:30 the first day and they did allow us to register early and that was nice. very noisy on first floor from guest on second floor.

The property was convenient for visiting with friends in the area. The room was ready after 3:00 as promised; clean and well-airconditioned. The black-out curtains allowed for a little later morning sleep-in. Dinner at Casa Ramos and a visit to Windy Hills Lavender Farm, both close by, were great additions to our trip.
