Great room. Great view and accommodations. Staff was very friendly. My only recommendation would be a welcome mat at the door to wipe our feet as we come inside from the snow and wet parking lot. The carpet in the room takes the brunt of it at the moment.

I stayed 2 times here in the hotel, the hotel did not return any of my deposits paid. USD75 each for 2 times. One on 14 Jan-16 Jan 2026, one on 28-29 Jan 2026. Today is 11 Feb 2026, they still not released my deposits kept. I have spoken to the receptions before, she said max 15 days after your check out, they will release the amount. But obviously this was not the case and it should not be like this, where customers need to keep monitoring whether deposits have been refunded.
