This waterfront vacation rental is ideally positioned a short walking distance alongside the lake to reach the quaint Main Street with several venues, shopping, restaurants, pubs, multi-theater building, parks, and a year-round hub of activity!
There are 5 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, a fully equipped kitchen for dining at home, 2 living areas, and a gorgeous stone fireplace for cooler evenings and the open and inviting floor plan lends itself to making a fun atmosphere for group gatherings by easily accommodating up to 12 guests. Step outside to relax on a screened porch or the deck with grill and outdoor furniture. Plan a day of swimming, grilling, and fun yard games for all, and then spend your evenings around the firepit toasting smores and doing a bit of stargazing.

We had a wonderful week at the Lake Cottage. The location was perfect, close to Cobble hill Trailhead, a pleasant walk to town, beautiful lake view and spacious flat yard. The boys enjoyed the canoe. The layout of the cottage was perfect for our needs. it was the most well-stocked kitchen we experienced in our travels. The communication was excellent, with quick responses to our needs.

Peaceful Paradise
A perfect house for a Father’s Day gathering at Lake Placid. Beautiful, comfortable, and with two ground floor bedrooms it was easy for the older guests to navigate. We used the kayaks, fished off the dock and enjoyed stargazing by the fire pit. Sitting under the stars between the warm fire and the calm waters of Mirror Lake was a peaceful paradise. Thank you to the owners for making it available.

Amazing house and location!
