Significantly overcharged by Hotels.com.

I was really disappointed to find upon check in, that the actual room rate for our room for that night was significantly less than what I had been charged by Hotels.com. As a loyal and frequent Hotels.Com customer, I expect that this overcharge will be reimbursed. Otherwise, why would I ever use Hotels.com again.

Have stayed here multiple times while traveling back and forth form OR to AZ and back. Has everything we need and accommodates for our dog. We have been able to stay on the first floor in a junior suite and the extra room is nice. Room is a bit outdated but was clean and had everything we needed. The only thing the 2nd TV was set up with ROKU and we couldn't figure out how to get it back to regular TV. Front office staff wasn't really helpful with that. Good location for food and gas stations.

Bad management from Klamath Falls Shilo Inn

Was a 4 1/2 hr drive from home to Klamath Falls. In Susanville, Ca the road to Klamath Falls was totally closed to traffic due construction and would not reopen until 4pm that afternoon. We could not make it to Klamath Falls for another 2 and 1/2 hours after the road reopened at 4pm. So we sought accommadations in another community that we could travel to and attempted to cancel the reservation in Klamath Falls. The clerk answering the phone refused to believe us and refused to communicate in a rational way. We were not able to cancel that reservation. Unfortunately that is one of our favorite places to stay when we make the trip from Ca to Oregon. We won't be booking there again.
