I stay here almost every time I’m in Surfside. This isn’t a place for someone wanting fancy accommodations but if you’re wanting a place on/near the beach at an affordable price this place is great. Definitely could use some updating and overall maintenance but the rooms are clean and never seen bugs present in the room. One minute walk to the beach and the vehicle entrance is a block away.

Probably one of the worst properties I have ever stayed in. The only thing abd I mean the ONLY thing going for it was that it was 50 yards from the beach. It was terrible

The property needs a full renovation. The room was not clean. The floors were beyond disgusting and there was broken glass. The ac unit was not working. Bring your own bedsheets, blankets pillows, towels, wash cloths. Cleaning supplies to clean down everything before bringing your stuff in. The pros about the motel is it is pretty much right on the beach and it’s cheap. All in all you get what you pay for .

For a one night stay it was okay. Yes it's walking distance to the beach/ocean , which made it super convenient but the studio we stayed in was " updated" per employee but it was still run-down. Make sure to bring your own water bottles. Stove only had 2 /4 burners operable and there was zero cookware. The beds and blankets were very soft and comfortable. I personally would not stay there again.

Great location but hotel was old and not very clean. Had to ask for towels (none in room). Sheets appeared to have been slept in. Will not visit this motel again. Stay further away and drive to the beach, you’ll be happy you did!

The first room the a/c did not work. Floor had not been swept and mold in the bathroom. Second room had roaches. Bed was lopsided. Had a smell. Even the water from the faucet came out brown and smelly when you first turned it on. TV worked and door locked. You get what you pay for I guess. Will not stay here again.
