We booked this in advance based on the 8.5 star review. That was fake news! We knew right away we didn't want to stay after seeing the state of things, however because it was Mardi Gras weekend, we had no choice but to stay as even this hotel was at 100% capacity when we arrived. This was a very rough stay. The walls/floors were disgusting. The pictures don't do it justice for how filthy it was. There was dirt/stains everywhere. Just to be clear, I'm not that picky so it really was that bad. I didn't take pictures of this but when we went to take showers in the morning, we found that the walls of the shower had never been cleaned. There was still tile chalk from where the tile had been cut and installed but we took a washcloth and wiped down the walls to find mold/mildew coating the entire shower. When I say disgusting, I mean it. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere a little more pricey for piece of mind.

I ultimately did not stay the night at this motel. To their credit, they did refund my money, which I appreciate. However, I’m genuinely surprised by how high the rating was online, since that rating and the photos were the main reasons I chose to book here. The first room I was given had a very strong odor of smoke from a certain plant — so strong that it was uncomfortable to even stand inside, and it was not suitable for my family. The only other available room smelled heavily of body odor and did not appear to be properly cleaned. I tried to make it work, but after about an hour I decided it was best to leave and book another hotel. While I appreciate the refund, the condition and cleanliness of the rooms did not match the listing photos or the reviews I read.

Wall mounted bathroom soap dispender laying on shower shelf, broken. One little package if shampoo. Only 1 small bar of soap for sink and shower. No kleenex. Previous guests spilled something sticky on night stands, never cleaned.

I received notice that if i didn't confirm my arrival by 4pm (check in didn't start until 3pm), my reservation would not be held. It was a prepaid reservation and should be held until i arrive even if it's 1am. I should not have to reconfirm a prepaid reservation.

I was set to pay 40.00 supposedly security deposit then the cashier said that I had thrown a sock in toilet I didn’t even have socks nor boxers can’t believe they were falsely accusing I believe it was a scam.very disrespectful cashier n manager in site never again will I rent this motel they accuse you so uou can provide money even after you payed in bookin .
