Nice but ....

I was unhappy that the spa bathtub in master bathroom was inoperable and the hot tub was also not able to be used because once turned on the chemical smell was so bad it caused my daughters nose to bleed, i had to stand outside in the cold air to stop the burning in my nose and chest. Not safe

I booked this property for my family of all ages, from toddlers to senior citizens. As soon as we walked in, the place smelled horrible. Apparently, the house was not ready for us because there was about 10 full bags of garbage in their billiards room from the previous customers. Needless to say, no amount of air freshener could revive the overwhelming odor that the garbage let out for however long it was there. Also, the property has it stated "access to the pool" but what they don't tell you is that you have to pay per person to enter the pool. this was a main reason we booked this place. The pool club explained that having access meant that we were allowed to pay to enter. The children could not play in the game room the first night because the odor came from there. All around, it was unsatisfactory. I reached out to them for some type of compensation or refund but have not heard from them since letting them know my issues.
