Living Space:
No one is left out here, with the Fireplace and fun gaming area one end of the living space, lots of comfy seating with 55" TV at the other end, surrounded by the owner's musical instruments on the walls! They thought it would be fun to have a vinyl record player available for you, so bring your favorite old school jams and air guitars! :)
Friendly competition can be had on the Golden Tee Arcade game, or the Galaga/Mrs.PacMan Arcade. If you like old school gaming, pick your teams for some Foos Ball or one of many board games available.

Kitchen & Dining Space:
So many wonderful things about this home. The open concept with vaulted ceilings and huge beams across both the living /game room area as well as huge kitchen/dining room really give you the feeling of The Mountains.
Our Dining table will easily seat all 8 guests for any meal you decide to cook from the well- appointed kitchen. We have everything necessary to cook a great pancake breakfast or steak dinner, including a double oven! There is a great grill outside as well :)

Bathrooms:
We take great pride in presenting a clean, fresh space for you. You will appreciate the beautiful bathrooms, with huge glass door showers, multi shower heads (there is a his and hers in the master bath) dimmable mood lighting, even a bidet in the master bathroom!

Bedrooms:
Every bedroom has it's own separate Heat & AC split, so you can be as comfortable as you wish!
Bedroom 1~We offer a bedroom with a Cherry Wood Bunk that is Full over Full, closet, dresser and smart tv
Bedroom 2~ King bed, closet, dresser and smart tv
Bedroom 3~ King bed, closet, dresser, smart tv and private bathroom entry
***Linens and Bath Towels are provided for your stay

HEAT/AC
We have Split units in each bedroom and one each in the Dining area and Living Rooms for your ultimate comfort!

Productivity Area:
We do not use the ‘W’ word when on vacation! But we do realize how important it is to post pics of your getaway!! :) If you cannot break away from certain responsibilities, have no fear! We have a Productivity Station complete with desk, chair, charging station, lamp and 1Gbps connectivity wifi internet.

Outside Areas:
Be sure to get some fresh air, whether you bring a coffee out to the 3 seasons room, or on the attached outdoor porch, or kick back around the Solo Stove firepit and swap some tales.
We are lucky enough to be across the street from a huge sporting park which includes a jungle gym for the little ones, Soccer, Basketball, and more! (BYO balls)
The 5 person Hot Tub is right off of the main entryway, sure to be a crowd pleaser and is available year round
Your dog is welcome to come on vacation too! Pet stay fee is $40 per pet/per stay

Lake Life Entertainment Areas:
• You and the gang can walk to Towne Center for bowling, a movie, or splash at H2Oooo water park.
• Two block walk to the lake where you can set up a picnic or hit the tiki bar for a frozen drink and some lunch!
• Split Rock Golf Course is a few miles up the street.
• The ever-popular Nick's Lake House and Shenanigans are less than 1 mile away for a fabulous meal and great cocktail. The sunsets at Nick's outdoor bar cannot be beat in the summertime!
• Walk to Split Rock Lodge on the lake for their outdoor beach bar, Thirsty Moose restaurant and more. As the summer progresses, they will have new dining options opening
• Walk to Yeti Watersports or drive to the opposite end of the lake to Harmony Watersports to rent paddleboards, canoes, sessions for tubing, wakeboarding, and waterskiing. Harmony Water will also rent sessions on a pontoon boat so you can fit everyone at once!
