DESIGNED FOR LARGE GROUPS -
Boulderview Lodge accommodates up to 25 guests across three spacious levels. Our home features two primary suites with full baths, four double queen bedrooms, two single queen bedrooms, and a loft with a Twin daybed. The thoughtful layout balances privacy and connection, and is ideal for family reunions, business/work retreats, or group getaways.

Cabin-style finishes, and mountain-inspired décor create a warm yet sophisticated ambiance, seamlessly blending rustic charm with modern comfort. Entertainment options are aplenty with two 75” Smart TVs, an indoor/outdoor fireplace, a lower-level game room, an 8’ pool table, and a full-sized arcade machine packed with your favorites such as Ms Pac Man, Donkey Kong, Frogger & more!

The chef’s dream kitchen is fully equipped with ample granite counterspace, a range of stainless-steel cookware, large charcuterie boards, Keurig Duo Coffee Maker; with appliances such as one large refrigerator/freezer combo, dishwasher, a large beer/wine cooler, and a five-burner stovetop at your fingertips.

The dining area and kitchenette seating area accommodates up to 19 guests with additional seating located on the outdoor deck during warmer seasons.


SERENE OUTDOOR LIVING -
The raised, open-air deck is nestled amongst the trees and features a Weber-Genesis grill, picnic tables, and lounge seating, offering the perfect spot to unwind while immersed in the sights and sounds of the surrounding wildlife and forest canopy. Our lower front patio has several Adirondack seating and a private 6-person hot tub for lounging after a long day at the lake or exploring the local mountainscapes.
