Big Football day and TV was not programmed. Maintenance guy spent 30 minutes and got it fixed. Missed half of the Packers game, but they won.

Awesome views!!

Hot tub and pool area needed cleaning. There were food wrappers and napkins all over the floor. The view was fantastic, but the beds were hard as a rock and the bathrooms severely need updates. The room was very spacious though.

We were pleasantly surprised at this hidden gem in Lake Delavan. Although it was a 15mn drive from Lake Geneva it was located right on the lake. It didn't have access to a beach however you could walk a few minutes to the public beach area. They did have a small dock for fishing however it's also busy with rental boats. The resort as beautiful, quaint and the staff was very friendly and helpful. We went mid September and the outdoor pool was still open. It has a sister property and you are now to use some of their amenities as well. Even though it didn't have a restaurant the one located inside the other property was amazing. We are hoping to go back for christmas!

The property was conveniently located on Lake Delavan and about 11 miles to Lake Geneva. Its the perfect lodging at a great price to enjoy two tourist towns. This was my second visit in one year. I highly recommend getting a room with a a lake view. Watching the sunset with a glass of wine is breathtaking!

This is a beautiful property with lake views. The staff was great and went above and beyond. There is no restaurant on site but so many options near by. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway I would definitely recommend this resort.
