People at front desk were on computers and all but 2 during our 4 day stay had to be told excuse me to get their attention after standing there for 3-5 min. Breakfast was pretty good. Mattress covers old with pulls on them. Room smelled like stale smoke upon entering. There were dogs everywhere; seems like animals and smoking if even allowed would be one one floor instead of everyone having to put up with it. We have allergies and husband has asthma, so we can’t come back. Also, cookies were hard and lemon water had no ice in it. I stay at a lot of hotels during a year, but I was really disappointed and cannot give a good review.

Room and breakfast was nice. The check in experience was not pleasant at all however. We booked two rooms through Expedia but the front desk clerk could only find one. It could have been an Expedia issue for only sending one confirmation to them, however we showed the desk attendant both confirmations and he simply told us it wasn't their issue. He acknowledged they had rooms available but passed the buck to us figuring it out on our own through Expedia. Once I got him to call a manager they walked him through how to fix it in a couple of minutes so it ultimately was resolved. Until he called a manager he had no interest in findig a solution. He simply acted like since we booked through Expedia it wasnt his problem

Booked prior to reading fine print, they charged an additional $75 for small pet at check in as a cleaning fee (as if they would have to do some professional cleaning). Way too much to charge for this, $75 was 75% of a stand alone room. The room they put us in stunk like cleaning Clorox so bad that we had to change rooms. Overall this was a step down from
