NIGHTMARE HOTEL, CUSTOMER SERVICE 0%, NO RETURNS!
Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, after checking into the hotel I realized the television didn't work. Large rips, holes in curtains. I looked for a hotel phone to call front desk but it wasn't connected. I walked to the front desk and I was told someone would be to my room in 10-15min. No one ever arrived, refrigerator wasn't working had a HORRENDOUS SMELL.I purchased a meal had to throw it away because no working refrigerator. Bathroom didn’t have a working light fixture.

Filthy. We checked in late in the evening & there was trash under the foot of both beds, trash in trash can with clean empty bag put in over top of it, make-up on sink counter, moldy coffee bag left in coffee maker, trash in bedside table, pink residue in clothes drawers. The front desk person the only one there. They were very nice & apologetic & tried to be helpful as best a they could, offered us another room but it smelled like urine. I really should have asked for a refund but we had nowhere else to go that late in the evening.

Filthy dirty!
This was the most disgusting motel my wife and I ever stayed in. Filth and disrepairs. Dirty sink with hair in it. A bathroom floor that was dirty and appeared to not be wahed in years. Buckled flooring. A shotty repaired hair dryer. A moke alarm torn off the wall. Front door disgustingly dirty. Worn out toilet seat. Romove smelled of mildew. Mold on bedframe. Coffee maker had pot missing.Refrigerator had broken shelve. I could keep going on. Do not stay here!

Garbage
Filthy, room 1 was obviously not cleaned so I switched. Got to room 2 pulled back sheets on both beds and found several blood spots on 1 bed, paw prints on the other, couldn’t get a refund. This place is absolutely filthy and it’s obvious that the cleaning staff is lazy and careless.
