Room was excellent, was given an upgrade probably due to midweek and cold weather. Hotel was quiet and comfortable, pool and hot tub were excellent. Only negative which wasn't too big of a deal, we went in the hot tub twice, different times of the day and both times, staff came in to discuss things they probably could have done outside of the pool room or waited until we were done especially since we weren't in more than a half hour each time. It was weird.

Room was clean, beds were hard. When you check in they give you cards to fill out for your boxed breakfast. They were not very good. The donut wasn’t edible. After checkout else discovered we were charged almost $40 for 4 breakfasts! No one ever said anything about breakfast not being free like It is at most hotels! The hotel Is showing its age decode is hardy. Certainly doesn’t live up to the 9.6 rating!
