If I were to rate this place on location and view, it would be a 10! However, we had enough issues with the place that I just can't. The biggest one was finding out that the shower in our bedroom had no hot water. We called right away; we were asked if we let the water run for a few minutes......and of course that's the obvious thing to do. So they said they would send someone. But about 3 minutes after I called, they called me back and informed me that they know it has issues and to let it run for 20 minutes!! Are you kidding me? So I did.........for 25 min and no hot water. So we were forced to use a shower in other guests' bathrooms, inconveniencing them, for the entire 13 days! Maintainance did show, and said the part had to be ordered and could come in a week or so.........never heard back from anyone the rest of the time we were there. Only 2 of the 4 TV's worked in the place. Maintanance said they would come back and fix and they didn't. Some furniture was broken on the lanai and unusable. I should also note that I was aware how close this was to the fire area of Lahina, but the description of the place was outdated; it said it had a clubhouse and of course, it had burned to the ground. Overall the place worked for us but for what we were paying, I was pretty disappointed, mostly in lack of response to our issues.
