This apartment block of high standard finishing, built by one of the most reputable developers in the Algarve is located within walking distance of sandy beaches, marina, fishing harbour, with a wide choice of locally caught fish at the market.

Lovely spacious apartment, had everything we needed. Large balcony which was great for relaxing. Pool area also good. Plenty of shops nearby and about 20 minutes walk to the Marina and the Old Town.

Very spacious, clean, comfy and well equipped and appointed. The very large terrace is superb; for morning coffee through to evening meals. Everything you need is in the apartment. (And its close to Aldi if you run out of anything).

Relaxing short break in Lagos

Apartment impeccable with more than adequate facilities. Fifteen minutes walk from the Marina and old town. Local supermarkets nearby. The owner Rik was on hand if I had any queries. This all added up to a pleasant and relaxing short break in Lagos. Would book this apartment again in the future.

Brilliant experience

Really enjoyed staying here. The place is immaculate and has a luxurious feel. You have everything you need which makes for a relaxing stay. Location is handy for local amenities and not for from town centre. Thoroughly recommend this place to everyone.

I have stayed at Rik's apartment on numerous occasions and it never fails to impress me every time I return. The apartment is impeccable and extremely equipped. The location is superb as you have numerous supermarkets on your doorstep ie Continent, Aldi, Intermarche, Lidl, etc. I also don't drive so rely on public transport and taxi's, the service is amazing (reliable) and also very cheap. Need I say more, other than to thank Rik and Steve for my well deserved break and I look forward to booking the apartment again soon. Kind regards.

Wonderful 4 week stay in Lagos

The apartment is well located, well furnished, comfortable and pleasant. The linens and towels could be upgraded as they look old. The kitchen is very well equipped. Lagos is a wonderful town, with many attractions. It has its old town pedestrian area and it has a wonderful marina, touristic activities and a health center with a wonderful indoor lap pool as well as gym classes and other activities.

A great place to stay

Our family have holidayed in Lagos for over 12 years now. This was our first stay in this apartment and we were very impressed with the facilities and the communication with the owner. The pool area was spacious and relaxing and good to have our own sunbeds. The location is great for the supermarket as it’s next door to Aldi but it’s a 15 - 20 minute walk into town. However, it’s a mere €2.50 to get back in an Uber. Overall a great place to stay and we will book again.

Fabulous Apt - very clean and spacious!

This property certainly lived up to expectations and more. It is very spacious and had everything we needed. The kitchen is very well equipped and the breakfast counter was so handy - just like we have at home! It is very clean and has a lovely big balcony overlooking the pool. You get the sun from about 12 noon up to sunset. The Wifi was excellent in every room. The TV had lots of channels including all the sports channels. My husband was delighted. We felt very safe staying here as there is an access code required to gain entry at the front door. The apt is very quiet and secure. The walk into Lagos took us about 20 mins. Go out the front door and turn right until you meet the sea. We got a taxi home which was under €5.00. There are so many restaurants to choose from but our favourite was No Patio - booking essential. Another one was D. Henrique - a Michelin star restaurant and booking also essential. There is cocktail bar upstairs in Henrique's for that pre dinner drink! Both are more expensive than the other restaurants but so worth it! Aldi next door to the apt is great for the essentials but we found Continente down the road much better. Lagos is a lovely old town with plenty of shopping. Don't bring your high heels ladies as the cobbles are hard enough to walk on in the town - I wore flat sandals all the time! Rik and Steve were a pleasure to deal with from the word go and the entire booking went very smoothly. Thank you Rik and Steve. Would highly recommend this beautiful apt. in Lagos. Siobhan & John

Lovely Apartment in Lagos

This apartment is very nice and we very much enjoyed our three week stay. It has four main rooms with the two bedrooms being separated by a large well appointed kitchen and a large living room. This allows for four sliding doors onto a long spacious balcony and makes it especially convenient for couples to share. Each of the sliding doors has an electric roll down shutter for privacy and security at night. We had a weekend of rain and found the many channels available on the TV very welcome. As noted in other reviews Rik the owner and Steven the manager are both pleasant, helpful and efficient. The building is very quiet and kept spotlessly clean and is next door to an Aldi supermarket. It is situated in the north-west corner of Lagos making for an easy exit to explore the whole of the Algarve and, if you are like us elderly, an easy drive into the old town where there is a convenient underground car park. Lagos is no longer a small fishing town but it I charming with quaint alleyways, good restaurants, lovely beaches and an interesting harbour where boat trips are available. With growth comes change, now the field opposite the apartment that is shown on Google maps opposite the apartment is now fully occupied by a Brico Marche hardware store with a consequent rise in traffic. When we were lost, frequently! It was easy to find the apartment by following the signs to Brico Marche. A very nice holiday in the sunny Algarve which we first visited over twenty years ago and which is still lovely despite the many changes.

Fabulous apartment!

Large balcony with sun from around 12:30 until dusk was perfect with plenty of seating and 2 loungers. We ate out every night so did not really use the kitchen but there were plenty of pots/ bowls etc if you did want to cook. Strong shower in en suite and after reading other reviews I used a plastic table from the balcony for our toiletries as no where to put things. Actual bathroom had a large drawer under the sink. Pool area lovely and though July you always got a sunny spot no matter what time you went down. Location is 20 minutes walk from Marina. Taxi back at night, if you wished 4 euros. Lagos centre fantastic choice of restaurants, beautiful beaches which were not crowded and plenty of places for a great coffee/ drink. 3 supermarkets close by were fab, Lidl the biggest but my favourite was Pingo Doce. Overall apartment in a residential area with a wee walk to town but that worked for us, great holiday.

Sunny Lagos Apartment

This is a spacious apartment with western exposure and lots of sunshine. It is next to Albi's but also within easy distance of other supermarkets (Continente/Intermarché/Lidl) as well as the Santo Amaro fish market. We stayed for 4 plus weeks and after a couple of days of settling in, it proved quite comfortable. The kitchen is large and well equipped with basic quality items. Supplies were minimal (i.e. spices, bathroom tissue, facial tissue, laundry soap etc.). The heating system and wi-fi work well and are nice to have (we needed the heating during February). Showing a tumble dryer is misleading as there isn't one. Having said that, the clothe horse works well and things dried quite quickly. The parking space was not available but there is parking close to the building, visible from the balcony and quite secure. The en-suite bathroom has virtually no space for toiletry items so we had to improvise by bringing a small table inside from the balcony. Overall, we enjoyed our time in Lagos. Good restaurants and lots of opportunities for walking. For a traditional Fado evening, we recommend Calhou Restaurante which is within walking distance and quite safe to walk to and from after dark (Fado every second Saturday evening).

Amazing!

We're just back from a wonderful holiday in Lagos. Rik's apartment is HUGE & so well equipped, clean & modern. The balcony was great - lots of space. Wi-Fi was excellent the whole time & a bonus to have Sky TV. Rik was brilliant to deal with from the minute I enquired about his apartment - always very helpful with very quick responses to any queries. Steve from the agency in Lagos was also a great help. The pool is lovely & warm. Aldi right next door was incredibly handy. Lagos is a great place to stay - lots of lovely restaurants & the Marina is lovely. The weather was fabulous. We did the dolphin trip & went to Slide & Splash - great trips well worth the money. All in all we had a wonderful holiday - no rushing out at silly o'clock to get a sunbed. The Smith family stay.

Rik's apartment is everything and more than all the previous reviews. Everything has been provided to ensure that you have a stress free stay. Beautiful interior, comfortable beds, fully equipped kitchen and the shower was powerful just what you need after a day on the beach! Loads of restaurants and bars in Largos Marina but with Aldi on your doorstep just as easy to cook and enjoy the sunset with a nice cold glass of Champagne or Prosecco. Rik was on hand when we needed him after our Grandson left the key in our apartment locking us out - problem was solved within 15 minutes, thanks again Rik. Wouldn't hesitate coming back. Great two weeks, thanks Stephanie, Arthur and Daniel.

Die Wohnung war in einem perfekten Zustand. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die gesamte Anlage war sehr sauber. Der Pool wurde selbst bei dieser kalten Jahreszeit regelmäßig gereinigt.
