The property is very well maintained, and all amenities and appliances were in excellent condition. Although the unit does not have windows, this was not an issue, as the entrance faces a quiet cul-de-sac, making it comfortable to keep the door open when desired. The location is excellent—very close to the bus stop, restaurants, and less than 100 meters from the beach. Praia da Luz is a charming and peaceful community, ideal for a relaxing getaway. For those who enjoy hiking, the Fishermen's Trail offers some of the most spectacular coastal views in the Algarve region.

Tiny and cozy studio in a lovely area

We really enjoyed our stay at the studio. It‘s tiny but equipped with everything you could need and also very cozy. The communication with Paulo was easy and uncomplicated. I can fully recommend :)

Small and uncomfortable

It was small dark and no comfortable seating, a shortage of cupboard space for clothes. It was very cold I requested a heater but no response from owner. Probably fine for a couple of days but 2 weeks definitely not. Also feel it is over priced

Excelente apartamento para férias 2 pessoas

Apartamento pequeno, muito confortável e bonito com tudo o que é necessário para uma boa estadia para 2 pessoas. Num raio de 500 metros tem bares, restaurantes, supermercados, lojas e praia. Gostamos muito da quinzena que passamos aqui. É para repetir.

Excellent location and lovely terrace

It was a very please by stay, the location was excellent close to both the beach and the town centre, and on a quiet residential road. The ground floor terrace was shady with lovely plants and very peaceful.

Hôte sympathique et réponds très rapidement en cas de besoin. Appartement situé à 100m de la plage avec une toute petite cour pour manger et un bain de jardin. Attention pas de sèche cheveux Mais surtout rien pour étendre serviettes de plage, linge lavé à la main Très bon séjour cependant

Nice little Appartment close to the beach

Paulo ist a very responsive Host who wants guests to enjoy their stay. No problem finding the appartment. Sra. Paula was already waiting for us to show us around. Appartment is nicely equipped and according to the description. For Präparation of karger meals the Kirchen might be a bit small but is fully equipped. Could Imagine a Cafetera and some more knives, But These are details. All in all very recommendable, we enjoyed our stay very much!

A honest little place where to stay in a wonderful town.

In all honesty, the place could have been cleaner when we came in but, as promised and expected, we were one minute away from the beach and the promenade where restaurants and many other outlets were available. Luz has been our base for visiting this fascinitaing area of Algarve. Paulo was available when we needed assistance,

Perfekter Strandurlaub!

Schöne kleine Ferienwohnung mit so gut wie allem, was man braucht. Handtücher und Bettzeug vorhanden, funktionierendes WLAN und eine tolle Terrasse, um draußen zu essen. Erstklassige ruhige, aber zentrale Lage in Praia da Luz - in 3 Minuten ist man zu Fuß am schönen Sandstrand. Auch Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (SPAR,...) sind in 5 Minuten fußläufig zu erreichen. Alles in allem hatten wir einen tollen Aufenthalt und würden gerne wiederkommen! P.S.: Für Ausflüge empfiehlt sich ein Mietwagen, um flexibel den Ort verlassen zu können.
