It was nice, but i could of upgraded my room for $20.00 extra and the front desk didn't offer it to me. Our dinner was good but sat outside no lights on the tables. Also if you give cloth napkins put table cloths on the tables. Need more help also in the restaurant. Only open for dinner have more help. Did get free dessert for our Anniversary but the waitress didnt really know what was going on. Said she was new but no excuse.

Nice , clean room. Good shower- has 2 showerheads for some reason. Restaurants are very convenient w/numerous options incl Calypso in the hotel. Deck has a lake view and is very nice place to hang out. They also have a pretty good gym for a hotel- would be nice to have some shades, etc so its not like a fishbowl when people walk by. Would definitely stay again.

Property did not match photos at all. Everything in the room was very worn and dirty. The first night we had no hot water and when we finally did get hot water the tub didn’t drain properly so I was in ankle deep water taking a shower. Not much help from staff. I was pretty disappointed with this property because it is in a really neat area with lots of shopping, dining and nightlife.
