We chose this location bc they have AC and walkable to the city. The AC barely worked and we were only able to bear it after asking for a second key to leave in the power wall so that it stayed on while we were out. The hotel is on the “second floor” (76 stair steps) and there is not really a viable elevator. At the end of 20k steps walking around the city each day, the stairs to our room were dreaded. We paid for the breakfast at hotel in advance. It appeared we were the only ones who ate there. Skip it, it’s not worth the price. The staff was lovely (although not able to recommend a good restaurant) and the location was great!

Location was fantastic, right in the centre of everything. The bed was comfortable, the room was dark and quiet. We stayed with our newborn and were on the 3rd floor. The lift was so small we couldnt get his pram in there, so had to carry him and the pram up and down 3 flights of stairs every time we wanted to leave or return. We asked to be moved to a lower floor but they couldnt accommodate this. The AC in the room was non existent. It was 24/25 degrees in the room at all times. We asked if they could take a look but was told they will turn the AC up from their side at the computer, it made no difference. One night the water stopped working so we were unable to wash/shower after a hot and sweaty day of walking around the city. The room had a musty smell but I was told by housekeeping that the smell was the AC and the window had to be kept open a little.
