Modern facilities were excellent. Only one coffee pod for three people in the room for two mornings. Lukewarm at best shower temperature both mornings. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we checked in. Two dishwasher detergent pods for Friday thru Sunday stay. No trash bags in trash cans. Despite request for room cleaning and towel exchange on Saturday morning, returned to find neither done and told housekeeping had gone home(2:30 pm). Able to get towels from front desk. Breakfast food was average and expected. Ran out of eggs and coffee and had to be requested numerous times by numerous guests before replenished. Front desk abandoned numerous times on both Saturday and Sunday(I know because they wouldn’t answer the phone about the above things so I had to go down to address these things). Front desk was friendly and helpful when they were around. Not interested in staffs’ opinions related to LGBTQ and recommend that corporate consider uniforms so as not to offend those customers who don’t need to see Pride/Rainbow shirts worn by kitchen employee. BTW, not sure if I’ve ever completed any survey related to staying at any hotel with this being my first one. Just saying……..

Staff was courteous. Breakfast was not very good (hot items, including oatmeal). TV system was very poor - the remote was slow to respond and difficult to use, sometimes having to hold down a button for many seconds or repeatedly. The channel guide also was unfriendly.

I have been in hundreds of hotel rooms. This one was, perhaps, the most intelligently laid out room we've ever stayed in! Between the swiveling TV, kitchenette, bathroom, etc. all perfectly set up. It was clean, quiet, and well appointed.
