Die Wohnung liegt sehr ruhig in einer Siedlung im Wald und sehr nahe zum Meer. Für Hundebesitzer ideal. Auch wer die Natur liebt, ist hier sehr gut aufgehoben. Der Strand ist unglaublich schön, weit, fast menschenleer und bei gutem Wetter hat man einen Blick bis zu den Pyrenäen.Zum Intermarché ist es mit dem Auto nicht weit, Restaurants sind fußläufig erreichbar.Städte wie Bayonne, Biarritz und San Sébastian sind gut mit dem Zug oder Auto erreichbar.

Nice location, very relaxing, we enjoyed a lot. Overall the house is in a very good condition. As I have problems with my back I was happy about the bed/ the mattress. Also close to the village and to the beach.

En fait vous avez une maisonnette au sein d’une maison, ce qui vous laisse le loisir de profiter d’un bel extérieur (terrasse, barbecue, chaises longues et tout le confort pour manger dehors) La maison est idéalement placée, A mi chemin entre tous les commerces, restos, activités, et la plage de Labenne Océan, ce qui est idéal pour profiter pleinement de tout ! Propriétaire disponible en cas de besoin. Bref, rien a dire, tout était parfait ! Je recommande chaleureusement cette location. En plus la région est fabuleuse, et les Basques adorables !

The house is located very peaceful in the pine woods so that you can smell the pines all the time. We like the Appearance, the comfortness of the matresses and the quietness. Just a 10 minute walk to the phenomenal beach. We felt so welcomed with our dog and our daughter and will come back for sure! Julien is an awesome host. I forgot my laptop in the house and after I found out Julien was very responsive and sent me the laptop the next day.

mauvais sejour.les toilettes ne fonctionnaient pas .Apres entrevue avec la proprietaire il a fallu demonter le lambris qui collait le reservoir d eau et apres chaque utilisation ,remplir ce meme reservoir au seau d eau....quel reveillon. de plus la tele ne fonctionnait pas ,la table trop petite et il manquait un fauteuil ....il a fallu payer 60 euros supplementaires pour le chien .....finalement seuls les chambres et la salle de bain etaient corrects.Ala fin de la location ,le proprietaire est venu mais a juste reconnu le probleme ..

Séverine a été très accueillante. L'appartement avec son jardin , fabuleux. Il est lumineux,la déco au top. Il est très bien situé.Les commerces et la plage sont à 2 pas.Très appréciable Juste le petit bémol c'est que dans la 2ieme chambre ,il n'y est pas 2 lits simples

Emplacement idéal, proche de la mer . Le logement est très agréable, fonctionnel et bien équipé.L'extérieur clôturé est parfait pour nous , nous avons pu venir avec notre chienne. Tout peut être fait à pieds en partant du logement, commerces, plages , promenades... La cadre est vraiment magnifique avec des plages à perte de vue. Nous avons pu visiter les villes et villages alentours car le logement est idéalement situé. Hôte à l'écoute et disponible. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir !!!

Nous avons bien apprécié la localisation du logement, très proche de la plage pour les balades avec les enfants (et le chien). Un contact très agréable avec les propriétaires. Le logement fournit les fonctions nécessaires à un bon séjour et le cadre agréable ainsi qu'une décoration sympathique.
