Great rooms and clean breakfast area. The younger lady working the front desk often couldn’t be found. When trying to get quarters for the laundry, they didn’t have correct change. I came to the front desk multiple times, called multiple times, and finally after standing at the front desk for 20 minutes I was able to locate her. I was in the process of writing a note that I was looking for laundry supplies when she saw me from outside the front entrance and finally came in.

The breakfast menu consisted of hot and cold items. The staff was friendly and the washroom was very clean. The room was clean also and the beds were comfortable. The only downside was that the wifi was not functional at the time we were staying.

this is the second time I have stayed at this property. It is very convenient to the Zion National Park entrance...walking distance (if you are a hiker). Staff was accommodating and pleasant. I had asked to be moved to another location within the property and they accommodated that and also my early arrival. Walking distance to several restaurants-Be sure to try Buffalo Burgers with fries at Wild Thyme Cafe at Trees Ranch.... I would highly recommend the property.

The hot tub was cold. When the staff was alerted, they didn't change it - nor did they notify us if it was a long term problem that wouldn't be fixed before we left. Hotel was clean, and breakfast had plenty to pick from.
