Terribile! Siamo rimasti delusi, con hotels.com e anche con Affittacamere Everest, perché abbiamo effettuato la nostra prenotazione il 18/10/2022, ABBIAMO RICEVUTO una mail di conferma prenotazione. Così, l'11/11, dopo 6 ore di viaggio, siamo arrivati ​​a La Spezia di notte, e quando siamo arrivati ​​all'Affittacamere Everest, abbiamo chiamato il responsabile che ha semplicemente detto che NON aveva CAMERA DISPONIBILE e che non poteva fare qualsiasi cosa. Faceva freddo, siamo rimasti per strada e abbiamo dovuto cercare UN ALTRO alloggio, abbiamo speso più di quanto ci aspettassimo e non avevamo un servizio di qualità. Eravamo molto arrabbiati. Questo è inaccettabile. Hotels.com ci ha perso come clienti.
