The room was absolutely amazing, the view was breathtaking, and the atmosphere within the entire hotel made it feel as if it were a city within the city. Absolutely amazing! I wish there were a free continental breakfast as well, and a bathtub shower combo instead of a shower with a door that kept opening, but otherwise a phenomenal experience! May consider checking in again!

Room was nice. Fridge wasn't cold when we arrived, and the food we had intended to store spoiled. Ice maker was broken on our floor. Shower was not cleaned well. Water/soap spots on the glass doors. Dead bug on the floor of the shower. Poor quality shower head. Had to pay additional $15 for parking garage that wasn't even secured. Anyone could have parked there without paying.

No parking at the hotel, had to park in a parking garage a couple blocks away. Toilet did not flush all the time had to flush it several times to get it to flush. Tv kept freezing up. Took forever to get hot water in the shower. Very loud doors and people in the hallway- they weren’t being loud- it just was loud not very sound proof. The view was absolutely stunning- snow falling and the Golden Dome in the horizon was beautiful.
