The pool and Hot tub were disgusting so we did not go in them even though we planned on doing so. The entire hotel smelled of chlorine like the pool had been shocked. There were leaks coming from the ceilings all over the hotel. I would not even give this hotel 1 star.

Hotel is in poor condition. Breakfast was terrible. Stale bagels, no eggs, and no hash browns. TV, phone, and WiFi didn’t work. Shower was slimy. Exhaust fan and hair dryer were filthy dirty. Only one elevator - had to wait around 5 minutes to use it because housekeeping staff was using it to transport the clean and dirty linens. Front door was broken and there was a leak in the lobby.

The room we stayed in was a handicap accessible room with an absolutely disgusting shower bench, a mix of different tiles installed at different levels on the floor making it uneven, a loose toilet that felt like it was absolutely going to come off of the floor and a severely cracked shower pan which is fiberglass which could very easily lead to someone cutting their foot. The bed is installed over a metal grid and a metal box to cover the underside of the bed which is painted Black and you cannot see leading into ramming our toes into it while standing at the edge of the bed and quite honestly felt like we slept on a rigid board. Definitely will not be staying at that location again!

The first impression was the front door and handicap buttons were broke. Which was a bummer, not the end of the world but not great. But as soon as you enter the hotel, there is a scent. I’m not sure what exactly it is. But it is a mixture of cleaning supplies smells and a funky smell. It is strong in the lobby and all the way on the third floor. The bedsheets had a weird blackish stain on the corner of the sheet. There was a random smudge on the wall that was brown and suspicious looking. There was also no soap in the bathroom. The shampoo and conditioner were nice though. It wasn’t the worst hotel stay, but definitely not worth the money in my opinion.

Not Worth It

There was dust on the lamps, spoiled milk in the fridge for breakfast, the soda machines did not work and housekeeping barged in when we had the Do Not Disturb sign on the door. I also had to clean a big wad of black hair off of the side of the shower wall. The pool looked nice.

The first room we were given wasn't actually ready. We got up to the room, door open, sheets stripped, still garbage in the room. Second room didn't have hand soap and was out of body soap. Half of the bottom of the bathroom vanity was missing the siding, and the tv/cable didn't work. Wifi sucked. AC sucked. Curtains missing pieces and didn't block out the light well. Hot tub didn't have enough towels. Definitely not worth the overall nearly $200 / night. Very disappointed. Review will also be posted to Google. First pictures were of the uncleaned too
