Lovely hotel in a great location. Thebsyaff were very friendly and helpful. Great amenities, the pool isn't very big and can get quite busy. The 360 rooftop bar has fantastic views of Madrid. However in the evening it can get very busy and there can be a long wait for seating. As it was busy we felt that once our food and drinks had finished there was an expectation for us to leave. If we visit Madrid at some point in the future then we would definitely stay at this hotel again

The hotel's location offers exceptional convenience for both intra-city travel within Madrid and inter-city rail connections, as it is situated directly above the Chamartin Clara Campoamor Train Station. Furthermore, Barajas Airport T4 is accessible within a mere 20-minute journey, and the Chamartin Subway station is also directly integrated. While the immediate vicinity currently presents a developing aesthetic, it is anticipated that this will significantly enhance upon the completion of the hotel's ongoing renovations. The staff consistently demonstrates a high level of professionalism and amiability, and the accommodations are meticulously maintained. I will definitely return and stay again.

"If you book this hotel and you use Google maps to find it, then put in Gandullas only as this is the village the hotel is in. Maps took me to 3 different places before some locals at my third stop gave me the correct address. They said I was in Pinuecar and not Gandullas. Very hard to find. But then ..."
