Featuring a private back yard with pool, an ocean view roof deck with dumb waiter, and a gated front patio, the property offers fabulous entertaining spaces. Most importantly it is a few short blocks to the beach, LJ Beach & Tennis Club, and the shopping/dining of La Jolla Shores.

Spectacular beach and ocean views will take your breath away in this deluxe home! This vacation home is designed for your comfort and convenience while impressing even the most discerning guests.

First Level: A spacious living room with comfortable seating for the entire family with dual fireplaces. Queen Size bedroom on ground floor level. Multiple dining areas will keep the family close during dinner time. We feature a large chef's kitchen with stainless steel appliances for preparing gourmet meals. Leads to outside outdoor patio deck and pool area.

Second Level: The ocean view, master retreat is a dream with its own fireplace and seating for an intimate feel. Primary Bedroom with large king-sized bed and gorgeous en-suite spa like bathroom with walk-in closet. Step outside to private patio that leads up to the rooftop deck. Queen size bedroom with en suite bathroom and large closet. Also 3rd bedroom with en suite bathroom, walk-in closet, and climbing wall perfect for the kids.

Third Level: The ocean view and stunning sunsets steal the show on a nightly basis. Relax at our rooftop deck with seating for 6. Multiple lounge chairs to relax and recharge taking in the ocean views.

Basement Area - Take a trip back in time and relax in our private hidden retro movie theater room. Featuring 4k projector and leather recliners will have you feeling like you are at the movie theater. With bar area, table with seating for 4, and mini fridge this is an incredible basement setup.

Amazing!

My family of 6 had an incredible time here. I’ve stayed in many rental homes and in luxury resorts, and this house is the best of its class. It was even better than the photos. Super convenient location, quick walk to the beach and restaurants (which is awesome in La Jolla where parking is a pain - just leave your car in the dedicated spots and walk where you want to go). I’ve never been in a rental house this well stocked - it has every kitchen gadget you could want and supplies to make your stay more convenient and enjoyable. They’ve thought of everything, it’s impeccably clean, and everything of the highest quality. We didn’t need anything from the hosts but the communication before and during the stay was very easy and informative. We had so much fun having movie nights, playing on the climbing wall, and swimming in the pool and hot tub. What amazing memories! It’s going to be hard for our next vacation house to measure up to this one.
