This spacious 4 bedroom 3 bath one story beach house is a wonderful retreat for families and groups looking for a fun filled getaway by the beach in sunny San Diego. The house boasts dual master bedrooms, a large private courtyard, Jacuzzi, and a two car driveway. The main house includes 3 bedrooms, a large open living/dining/work area, and a fully stocked Kitchen. The master suite has a king bed, flat screen TV, and attached bathroom. Bedrooms 2 and 3 have queen beds, and are attached by a Jack and Jill full sized bathroom. A barbecue, 60” outdoor LCD TV, and outdoor dining area accompany the Jacuzzi in the lush courtyard. Across the courtyard’s brick patio and turf lawn, is a freshly remodeled one bedroom casita with an ensuite bathroom and a yoga deck. The home offers a fully stocked kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The living room includes a large flat screen TV, gas fireplace, work/art desk, and a full size pullout couch. Yoga mats, beach chairs, beach towels, boogie boards, and surfboards are offered for your convenience. An outdoor shower awaits at the entrance of the property for a warm post beach rinse off.

Second year here, we love this place!

We had so much fun at this location last summer, we booked it again this year for our family beach vacation! The location is perfect for a quick walk to the beach, shops, and restaurants. The house has everything we need, including fun games and an outdoor TV for movie night. Wonderful trip!

Awesome stay! Great Location- 3 blocks to beach, restaurants and shops. The best part was the layout of the house and courtyard for kids to play in. Kitchen was stocked perfectly and we did a family BBQ one night. We will be back!

Very happy with the rental. The house layout worked well with two families with small children and my older parents. The courtyard clear the kids corralled and the separate bedroom allowed my parents to sleep away from the kids.

Wonderful house close to beach

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The accommodations were perfect for our group of six and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was also well stocked. Walking distance from coffee shops, restaurants, and a few shops. Thanks for a great stay!

Nice spot for a quick getaway!

Home was as advertised! The kitchen and living room area was very nice to hang out in. The largest bedroom got a little cold at night despite the house having a heater and AC. The shower in the furthest room could use a little love and drained slowly, but water was warm and pressure was good. The ADU is also very nice. Our kiddo loved playing in the yard area as well! We would stay here again!

Great location and layout

We enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect as we were within walking distance to La Jolla Shores beach where we were participating in a open water swim event with an early morning start time. The central courtyard was perfect for gathering, while the room layout gave all three couples privacy. The hot tub was a nice feature for a post race soak. Plenty of beach chairs and toys with a wagon to tote them all down to the beach. We will stay again!

Awesome quintessential beach house in great location!!

We absolutely loved this house. Comfortable, big, clean, great location. The house itself has an excellent layout with interior courtyard. It is super nice without being too precious. The walk to LaJolla Shores beach is about 5 minutes and the house is stocked for your beach stay—beach wagon, umbrellas, boogie boards, etc. The kitchen has everything we needed for meals at home. A few blocks away is the main drag with restaurants, bars, shops. This is an awesome property!! I wish I owned this house!!

Great location,

This house was perfect for our summer vacation with family. Not only was it walking distance to the beach, it had all the essentials for a great beach vacation. The wagon was a huge plus for our little ones. The 4 bedrooms we spacious and we were pleasantly surprised to find baby gear set up at the house for our use. Communication was great with Daniel and we look forward to renting again!

Great La Jolla Cove Getaway

Nice house with lots of room to spread out and overall great location close to beach and parks. Fully outfitted for everything you need at the beach. Cute neighborhood with some nice restaurants and breakfast spots. House is well equipped for cooking meals at home and relaxing. We all really enjoyed our 4 day stay in La Jolla.
