The hotel downstairs is lovely. I checked carefully before booking that there was a proper shower but our bathroom had a "rain head" over the bath which is no good if you don't want to wash your hair every day. We had booked a mini suite for 12 days so asked to be moved. The next bathroom was lovely but the room was disappointing - not nearly as luxurious as the previous suite and definitely needed maintenance.

"This is a very basic motel, most likely a 2 star versus a 3 star. The room was small but comfortable. There were no towels in the room so we had to keep asking reception for them. It's old and needs updating, not to mention noisy at times. The reception is very nice and the breakfast quite adequate. ..."
