El hotel tiene una excelente ubicación y el personal es muy amable pero las instalaciones son viejas y les falta mantenimiento… los elevadores tardan horas en moverse y son muy pequeños, el área de alberca y Lobby se ven muy viejas y descuidadas; las habitaciones son cómodas, sin embargo, me tocó en una de las que tienen puerta para comunicarse con la del lado y se escuchaba absolutamente todo… el baño olía a drenaje; solo nos dieron 2 toallas y pagamos para 4 pax, sin tapete de baño ni otras amenidades; los controles de TV no tenían pilas, cuando lo solicitamos lo llevaron inmediatamente, pero creo que no es el caso estar pidiendo todo lo que se supone que ya está.
