Buena casa al lado de la playa

La casa está muy bien, es grande y espaciosa. La limpieza de la casa cuando llegamos muy muy escasa, tuvimos prácticamente que limpiar la casa entera. El aire acondicionado de dos habitaciones no funcionaba y aunque avisamos un día después de la llegada, no nos lo arreglaron . Faltaba también la sombrilla de la piscina que se veía en la foto y parece que se había roto pero tampoco la repusieron. La piscina y la barbacoa maravillosa. Ubicación inmejorable justo al lado de Cala Forn. Es resumen una buena casa a la que le hace falta unos arreglos en el interior y una buena limpieza a fondo en general y mejor atención por parte de la inmobiliaria que la gestiona.

Très jolie villa ! Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L’accueil a été chaleureux lors de notre arrivée. Les alentour , crique , plage sont magnifique. Le lieux est super Le seul bémol était la salle de bain , nous avons dû enlever les cheveux coincé de précédente location dans le trou de la douche car l’eau avait du mal à s’evacuer. Mais malgré cela notre séjour n’a pas été gâché en aucun cas. Ce n’est qu’un petit point négatif insignifiant par rapport au reste de la villa qui était propre.

Très bon accueil mais maison à rafraîchir !

Extérieur et abris top. Pour le reste le ménage laisse à désirer ; salle de bain délabrée et sale, lit d'appoint à jeter avec lattes manquantes et matelas épais de 4 cm. Impossible de laisser mon enfant de 6 ans dormir dedans ! Le matelas 140 d'une des chambres est à jeter aussi. Accueil agréable tout de même. La situation de la maison est bien.

Das Haus ist schmutzig und sehr ungepflegt

Leider entspricht der Zustand des Hauses, der Umgebung und der Möbel in keiner Weise den Abbildungen. Die Liegestühle am Pool waren bei unserer Ankunft alle defekt und nicht benutzbar. Die Küche war überhaupt nicht gereinigt, es war überall fettig und roch sehr unangenehm. Das Geschirr musste vor Gebrauch abgewaschen werden und Küchentücher und Abwaschschwamm waren nicht vorhanden. Die Küchengeräte wie Toaster, Wasserkocher, Backofen etc. waren in miserablen Zustand. In der Dusche war das Vorhanggestell defekt und der Duschvorhang schimmelig. Die Möbel im Wohnzimmer sind sehr gebraucht und voller Flecken und Schmutz. Auf den Matratzen in den Schlafzimmern fanden sich noch Haare der Vormieter und gewisse Fensterstoren waren so verzogen, dass sie nur mit Mühe heruntergelassen werden konnten. Unter diesen Umständen wollten wir nicht in diesem Haus bleiben. Die Agentur bot uns alternativ ein Haus in Miami Platja an. Dort wurde nach vier Tagen am hellheiteren Tag während unserer Abwesenheit eingebrochen und unsere Wertsachen wurden entwendet. Unverständlicherweise verfügte keines der beiden Häuser über einen Safe zur sicheren Aufbewahrung der Wertsachen. Wir haben dann unseren Urlaub vorzeitig abgebrochen und sind vier Tage früher als geplant nach Hause geflogen. Ausser Spesen nichts gewesen.

Superbe villa avec piscine privée et magnifique jardin

Très belle villa, spacieuse et accueillante. Nous avons passé un magnifique séjour de deux semaines a deux famille avec des enfants cet été. Nous avons pu faire des barbecues ou se reposer sur la térrasse ombragée tout en surveillant les enfants qui jouaient dans la piscine. Située dans une zone calme et près des belles criques; le petit bémol, il faut une voiture pour aller faire les courses mais cela nous a permis de connaître les petites et grandes villes des alentours. Nous sommes très contents du sejour, de la villa et de l'acccueil à l'agence, nous espérons y retourner l'année prochaine.

Villa très très sale. Rien a voir avec les Photos

Villa très très sale , on a du tout nettoyer a notre arrivée : vaisselle, plaquards, sanitaires etc. Lave vaisselle contenant de la vaisselle sale, matelas déchiré, lit d'appoint cassé, meubles de cuisine et four très sales , barre de douche cassée, cafard etc... inadmissible !!

La casa está bien situada, cerca de calas espectaculares y con un patio muy agradable y tranquilo. A mejorar la información que nos dieron de los alrededores, calas,... y sobretodo la limpieza y orden inicial.
