Very lovely room with plenty of space and a great view of Kumamoto. Lots of amenities provided in the room, which was well-furnished. Breakfast was delicious, with a large selection of both Japanese-style and Western-style foods, as well as Kumamoto specialties.
Staff were polite and helpful and able to communicate effectively despite a language barrier.
Property was beautiful, with a lot of fresh flowers, foliage, and rooftop terrace.
Additional services include laundry, gym, resting/wellness area with microwave and coffee machine, onsen, and self-service luggage storage.
The hotel is in a very convenient location, attached to Kumamoto station. We would stay here again and recommend it to all.
