Everything about our stay at the Blossom Hotel was great! The service staff was friendly and professional. The level of hospitality was amazing. The room was clean. The hotel location was great, being right outside Kumamoto Station. If/when I'm in Kumamoto again, this hotel will be at the top of my list.

Rooms were comfy. Staff helped us call up our next attraction because the email wasn't easy to understand, very much appreciated on their hospitality. The only drawback is the building layout which meant some guest will have to walk a much longer route than others. Other than that, a pretty nice hotel to be staying at.

Incredible room, design was modern Japanese , large, airy, clean and very comfy. The bath tub/shower area was plenty big. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with top notch quality and a good selection of traditional Japanese and western options. It's conveniently located next to the train station and the mall. Even parking was super convenient and the hotel offered a validated parking for just 1000yen overnight parking. This is the spot to stay in Kumamoto.

A premier hotel right at the Kumamoto Station. I have stayed here many times, and enjoyed it very much each time. It's a ways from the other bustling areas, but the tram is very convenient. The station complex and the shopping center where the hotel is located are themselves self-sufficient.

Infrastructure of the hotel was good but the food and service was not. Cleaning isn’t daily, they won’t even make your bed or refresh the room if you stay more than one night. The breakfast is not good quality, lots of cold food and cheap coffee/drinks downgrades the overall experience. It’s fine for a 3 star but not 4 star for sure.
