Room, hotel staff and facilities were absolutely brilliant. Beautiful room. A lovely place to stay! The hotel is above a plaza with plenty of shopping and food and right next to Kanazawa station and the Kumamoto Tram. You are slightly away from central Kumamoto so if you’re looking for more local eats and to walk around you have to take the short tram in (or bus)

One of the best hotel chain while traveling in Japan. This one is specially one of th3 top. It’s convent, it’s new, it’s very clean, and it’s close to many eaters be amuse it’s next to the station, and on t of a shopping mall.

The hotel is awesome. The location is just next to the train station and we were greet by the staff once we entered into the hotel. The hotel services are truly amazing and all staff are friendly and helpful. Highly recommended!!!
