Very good place to spend a few days.

The place is awesome. Very roomy and there's an indoor bath as well as a great breakfast and tons of options for dining in the mall. It's a few steps outside of the station so it's amazingly convenient to get to and worth the slightly higher price as it is a very nice and fancy place

What a lovely hotel! The only drawback was the incessant chattering of the Chinese guests in the onsen. There were myriad rules posted but nothing about loud conversation, which ruined an otherwise wonderful experience

My family enjoyed the ambiance of the hotel and decor. Location very convenient to Shinkansen station as well as to trams and buses. The bathroom lighting should be brighter however. Thank you for a wonderful stay.
