Warm & Friendly staff at the front desks, they are ever ready to assist. Lovely architecture and interior, different vibe, day & night. Carpark is spacious however I would like to suggest having a more prominent sign on where it is located, it took us awhile to figure out where to enter. Location is convenient. Nice hotel located on the upper floors of a shopping mall near the train station. Lots of dining and shopping options nearby and you easy to take the buses or trams to other places in kumamoto. I highly recommend the Blossom.
