The staff is really kind and helpful. The front desk handled luggage forwarding for me as well, and I love that the restaurant congestion and the use of the laundry machines is visible from the TV home page in the rooms. The breakfast buffet had a lot of choices and I really love their deep soaking bathtubs! This was my second time staying here and I think it’s super convenient to Hakata Station so I’ll likely be booking with them again.

The room size is good for family with children and the hotel location is good. However, the laundry machine need to be improved. The clothes are hardly dry after washed although we have paid for an hour to dry the clothes.
