Location , location and location. It is a very decent hotel for a price. They don't offer a cleaning every day unless you request . Hotel is clean and maintained pretty well. I enjoyed a lot of small free things you can find in your bathroom. Massage in the room until 2 AM is a big plus

Great location in Gion! Was a bit noisy with the street noise and could hear people in the next room. Nice hotel though for the price! We added breakfast to our stay which we regretted/ not the best selection and with so many cafes nearby it’s cheaper and better to go elsewhere. Beds were comfy and whole bathrooms and rooms were on the smaller side they utilize the space the had. Lots of places to hang towels, clothes etc. would stay again but request room not facing the street
