I very much enjoyed my stay at Smile Hotel. Everyone was nice and welcoming. If there was any issue or questions they would answer it. The buffet was breakfast only which was helpful and amazing.

The area where hotel located is in izakaya area. Very convenience but slightly noisy. Especially no air conditioners season, if just open the window, louder drinkers voice you can hear until midnight.

Our room was very clean and modern. Little amenities like bath salts, sake and espresso in the lobby, and pillow menu were a nice bonus. It is close to the fisherman’s wharf and there are lots of restaurants within a few blocks. Great value for the stay.

Smile Hotel is a good standard with comfortable rooms and friendly staff. The laneways behind are interesting and fun for Izakaya but Kushiro central city is no longer busy and very run down.

繁華街末広町のすぐ脇にホテルがあるため、様々な飲食店に足を運びやすいのは確実な利点。部屋の設備（特に洗面台と浴槽回りが）少し老朽化が進んでいる点が気になったが、館内サービスは行き届いており朝食ビュッフェも充実している。

駅からは少し遠い(徒歩10分くらい)ですが繁華街には行き来しやすく、フロントが24時間対応なので夜中まで飲んでからでもチェックイン等対応してもらえてとてもよかったです。ロビーでちょっとしたお味噌汁やコーヒーなどが飲めるのも良かった。また利用したいです。
