The staff were friendly and helpful. However, the property was not very clean. The bathroom drain was clogged and appeared to be poorly maintained. In addition, the power suddenly went out one night, and we had to contact the staff. They responded promptly and sent someone to restore the electricity.

First time in China quite a shock very little English spoken wasn't prepared for language barrier didn't help my phone wasn't recieving WiFi very well either As this Hotel brand is European was expecting staff to speak at least 1 other Staff were not helpful at all

地鉄5号線福海駅から50mとても便利です。そばには巨大なショピングセンターが有ります。民族村には2駅先から44番のバスが便利です、バス停も近くです。
