A nice hotel but food choice could be improved

The condition of the hotel was very nice and the staff very helpful and friendly. It has a nice garden and there is also a pleasant walk not far away along the side of a river. However, the choice of food in the restaurant and in the Club Lounge Happy Hour is much less than what one would expect from a hotel of this quality, especially if compared with others in the IHG group such as the Crowne Plaza or Intercontinental in the same city.

Really disappointing that this hotel can not accept payment from platform. I need to pay again in frontdesk. I suggest to remove it if this hotel can not receive payment.
