The hotel address was wrong on Expedia and it took awhile for me to find the hotel from the airport (I had dropped off early and had a night flight and wanted a place to rest in the day). Instead of walking a short distance, I had to take a 15 mins cheap didi to the hotel which was still acceptable. On arrival however, the staff were not aware of my booking or could not see it from their end. They instantly contacted their manager and gave us 2 bottles of water while I contacted Expedia who liaised with them (it was an issue on their side). They also were confused about whether we paid and whether it was just a deposit, so the whole check in process was really messy.
The room however is perfect for your basic needs. Super clean, big bed, aircon, nice shower and hairdryer, slippers, but like a lame view (I don’t care cuz I was just sleeping). They picked up the phone timely as well when I called the reception and they arranged a free airport shuttle for us, and gave us a bag of treats when the shuttle was slightly late.
It was extremely value for money and despite the initial mess ups, I would still highly recommend this place again for the proximity to airport, cleanliness, good hospitality of the staff and for the price.
