We got a suite without air conditioning and slept like in a sauna because they had no rooms, a big disappointment for what we paid, the next day we had to split up as a family and children and it ruined our trip.

Beautiful historic restored building. Would recommend staying in over the modern part. Restaurants are expensive and minimum spend of 90 euro at pool restaurant if using pool loungers was annoying.

Amazing boutique hotel, it felt like we had the whole villa to ourselves. The pool is great and included breakfast was excellent! Staff were all extremely nice and helpful the entire stay

The staff at the hotel and concierge were extremely helpful and we had a great experience! The breakfast was amazing, and the hotel also provides access to private beach!
However, there was an incident on our last night where the fire alarm went off at 1AM. All the hotel guests were evacuated and we ended up exiting from the casino in the hotel. The staff at the casino were extremely rude and did not provide instructions on how to exit the building at all. They all stood there and looked at all the hotel guests, then another staff from casino were rushing to get us out of the casino, not providing any instructions on where and what to do to get out of the building. Clearly the staff at the casino weren't trained to respond in this situation.
