Have stayed here many times over the years. Great location, friendly & very helpful staff. On this last stay in May & June 2025 - Natashya (Concierge) always welcoming with a smile and even took a short walk to direct me to the Hop on Hop off pick up point. There was also a very friendly doorman (can’t remember his name though). Always had a smile and very chatty. Had a pleasant surprise on my second stay in June - they had a birthday cake for me (even though birthday was 3 days before).

Wow! What a fabulous hotel! It starts with the proximity to the airport, then the buggy shuttle and the staff is so warm and friendly. They noticed right away that it was my birthday and brought me a variety of special treats to our table. We had opted for the deluxe king room and it included breakfast and evening lounge access at night. The food and service was outstanding. So happy that we chose here to stay!

The rooms are nice, and feel modern. The only complaint I have with the rooms is the buttons are all at the front door of the room, but this is a minor complaint. The breakfast is decent, with a large variety of cuisine to match your cravings, and the quality of the food is great, however beware of the food containing nuts or allergens, as I had an allergic reaction to one of the foods because it wasn’t clearly stated that there were peanuts in one of the items. The buggy service between the airport and the hotel is a nice add-on and a good excuse to wake up a little later for your early flight, but at the airport, there is no clear waiting area for the buggy aside from a bell on the wall to signal the buggy. The location of the hotel relative to Central KL is a big issue however, it can take up to an hour or so to travel, and that is without any traffic issues and the numerous number of toll gates that you need to pass. Overall, not bad.

Great location as we have an early flight to catch. Airport is literally within 10 mins walk with covered walkway. We had lots of bags so opted for a buggy ride that was complimentary. It is comfortable and clean. We were not offered any VIP perks and because we were there for about 12 hours we didn’t ask. Would have been nice to be recognised as VIP, even a welcome drink would be appreciated.
