Location was excellent, only a few minutes walk away from the train, which is only 2 stops away from Luzern. It is also close to the bus stop that takes you to Pilatus cable cart. Breakfast is excellent and there is a supermarket a few minutes walk from the property. There are also restaurants close by. Romm was spacious and clean.

Convenient location for bus 14 that goes to Old Town and back. Breakfast buffet was good. Property is clean. Only downside was the AC not working or not cooling the room for most of our stay. We had to ask for a stand fan, which the staff so kindly provided to us.

Everything is great and the room decoration is great. The only downside is that it’s not quite sound proofing. So whenever other guests come back late at night, the sound of heavy door closing can be quite disturbing.
