Super helpful staff, nice for a short stay

Super helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were fine though not made up during our stay, just new towels. Breakfast is basic but the price was fine so no problem. The only complaint is that the keys for the main door don't work well, many times we had to be let in or wait for someone to come out.

Pros: Clean property, friendly staff Cons: No AC, very noisy room, even though staff was very friendly didn’t follow though with requests for fresh towels and broken TV.

This place undersells itself.

I arrived late in the evening, the receptionist helped me find the car park. I had 2 dogs and the room was VERY suitable, there was a door from the entrance hall to the bedroom, so the noise didn't come thru. I travel for walk a lot, and this hotel room was as good as any of the Scandic or Radisson rooms I use, there was a fridge with some snacks, a TV with ENGLISH language channels ( first time ever for me in Germany!!! ) Breakfast was excellent too! The hotel is right in the middle of town, but I heard no noise from outside.

Die Bewirtung ist hervorzuheben. Sehr sehr nett, interessiert und hilfsbereit. Wir bekamen gute Auskünfte und es war angenehem. Das Frühstück war ausreichend und schmackhaft. Die Umgebung vor dem Hotel ist leider unübersehbar, (weil BHF) besetzt von vielen Dealern und Drogenabhängigen. Zur Zeit ist direkt vor dem BHF eine riesige Baustelle.

De gastvrouw was erg vriendelijk. We waren een half uur voor inchecktijd al bij het hotel, maar dat was geen enkel probleem. We mochten onze motor gratis in de overdekte garage parkeren. Het ontbijt was lekker. Enige minpuntje waren de afvoerpijpen van nabij gelegen restaurants waardoor er de hele tijd een vage etenslucht in onze kamer hing.
