Mixed review
The room itself was fine if you’re out most of the day and only sleeping in it. Good size TV with Netflix etc. no issues with wifi. Self check in was simple and no issues. Bathroom decor was lovely and clean, however the drain for the shower had a strong sewage smell which then made the whole room smell, even with bathroom door closed. Worse when toilet was flushed. We messaged the hotel and they advised it was normal and to put hot water down the drain. This didn’t help and the smell was really unbearable at times. Advised to leave window open but when it -6 degrees during the night, and -1 through the day it’s not ideal. Bathroom lock was broken so could not lock it from the inside. Worst thing for me was no mattress protectors on the beds. Just a doubled over single sheet which barely tucked in so kept exposing the mattress through the night. Beds were rock solid and indented so extremely uncomfortable. Extra pillows should be provided as only one pillow each.
