Hotel was just excellent. Location is great, right next to the main train station in Krakow, and a couple minutes away from the main/old town square. Hotel staff were excellent, super friendly and helpful, and my partner and I got a free room upgrade. Room was excellent, clean, comfortable. Couldn’t be happier with our stay here, and we will definitely be staying here again when we come back.

We loved the central location, the clean and quiet room. we really liked that there were no decoration pillows or throws on the bed. The most impressive was the great staff at the hotel, from the super friendly check in to the support we received when my friend lost her ID and the staff called some of the places we previously visited to try and hep find it! It was an exceptional stay and I would definitely book this hotel again!

Absolutely fabulous, could not have asked for a better location! The rooms spotless, the staff amazing! I forget the name of the lady who checked us in but she checked us in on the 11th Feb around 12/1pm and the wonderful Conrad checked us out! 😊 we had a fantastic stay and will return.
