Staff were great. Allowed early check in which was very helpful. The room was spotless. The lunch at the Gaia was tasty and the staff attentive. The only negative in our 2 night stay occurred at the bar. The bartender was so rude that we left.

Lovely hotel, great location for the castle and old town. Really nice spa/pool to relax in after day of exploring. Really nice staff and great recommendations from the concierge. All transport arranged with the hotel and the drivers were fantastic. Also Very helpful with my parents who both have wheelchairs.
