Terrible Service & Facilities
Really disappointed in Q Hotel Krakow. The air conditioning was very slow to work and the room was absolutely roasting. When this was mentioned to reception we were advised that someone could look at it at 10pm, two hours later. We were travelling with a very tired 1 year old, not good enough. Then we realised the hotel WiFi wasn’t working in the rooms - not exactly ideal before a morning flight when you need to prepare downloaded entertainment and check boarding passes etc. Again this was raised at reception and we were advised nothing could be done until Monday! When I contacted the hotel after our stay, I was told the WiFi was “not an easy fix” - which would be fine if the reception hadn’t told us “this happens from time to time.” I’d expect so much more from a branded hotel chain, particularly one with such close proximity to the airport. Overall, dreadful service and a very disappointing stay which we won’t repeat.
